Your first visit is all about getting to know you. We will review your dental and medical history, take digital X-rays if necessary, and perform a comprehensive exam of your teeth and gums. Dr. Radomsky will then discuss a personalized treatment plan with you.

Yes, we provide free parking within the building and there is ample paid parking available in the building's parkade, as well as street parking along Broadway and surrounding streets. We are also conveniently located near major transit lines.

Insurance & Costs

Yes, we offer direct billing to most major insurance providers (including Pacific Blue Cross, Sun Life, Manulife, and Canada Life). This means you only have to pay the portion not covered by your plan at the time of your visit.

Costs vary depending on the complexity of the treatment. Before we begin any major procedure, we can send a pre-determination to your insurance company. This gives you a clear estimate of what they will cover and what your out-of-pocket cost will be.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Debit, and Cash. Payment is due at the time of service for any amount not covered by insurance.

Treatments

No, professional teeth whitening is safe when supervised by a dentist. Our treatments are formulated to lift stains without eroding your enamel. Some patients may experience temporary sensitivity, which usually resolves within 24 hours.

With proper care and good oral hygiene, dental implants can last a lifetime. The crown attached to the implant typically lasts 10-15 years before needing replacement due to normal wear and tear.

If you are in severe pain, have knocked out a tooth, or have a severe infection, call our office immediately at (604) 263-1701. We prioritize emergency cases and will do our best to see you the same day.
